Daniel Bastos invites you to his reading of “Gérald Bloncourt – Days of freedom in Portugal”. Translated in french, portuguese and english, this book explores the intriguing and untold story of the photographer: Gérald Bloncourt. Gérald built his fame by documenting the mass outward migration of the sixties. A couple of years later, he furthered his endeavor by recording Portugal's transition into democracy in 1974.

We'll speak Portuguese, French and English, depending on audience participation. Paulo Pego is a doctor in law and professor at the University of Coimbra. He published several poems in Brussels (Belgium) namely 'À Senoite' in 2009, 'A Lógica dos Corais' in 2013 and 'Livro das Pedras' in 2014. More recently Paulo published 'Entre-Tecidos' in 2016 and has also participated in photography exhibitions.
